Train in China
Train in a traditional Kung Fu training environment under the guidance of Shifu Shi Yanjun and the Shaolin Meihua Quan masters. This is not a short workshop or a tourist activity — it is a structured training program where your daily life is organized around training, recovery, and personal development.
Cultural Heritage
The program is designed to develop the body and mind step by step through structured daily practice.
Students train according to their level, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Some students come for a few weeks, others stay for months or years.
This is not only about learning techniques. It is about developing yourself through training.
Training takes place six days per week.
Each day includes multiple training sessions, with time for rest, meals, and recovery.
Monday To Thursday
*Disclaimer: Training schedules may change depending on weather, location, and student level, but the structure remains consistent: training, rest, training, rest.

Training is structured, but also adapted to each student.
Training is organized in a way that allows students to learn efficiently and safely.
Students do not only train in large groups — training is divided into different formats depending on the subject.
